Robert
Founder & Master Dental Technician
Robert is the founder and visionary behind Rodler Dentlab, bringing more than 42 years of international experience in dental technology. As a GDC-registered Master Dental Technician, his expertise spans every aspect of the profession, from removable prosthetics to highly advanced implant restorations, his true specialty.
Having owned and managed laboratories across Hungary, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and England, Robert combines traditional craftsmanship with modern precision and innovation. His passion for excellence and uncompromising attention to detail define the philosophy of Rodler Dentlab.
Beyond the laboratory, Robert has a lifelong appreciation for sport, particularly tennis, alongside strong interests in law, politics, cinema, and continuous professional development. He is deeply committed to staying at the forefront of modern dental techniques and advancements.
The vision behind Rodler Dentlab began with Robert and continues to evolve through his dedication every day.
Máté
Dental Technician & Marketing
Growing up surrounded by dental technology, Máté developed an early passion for the craft while learning alongside his father, Robert. Today, as a GDC-registered Dental Technician, he combines technical precision with a modern approach focused on digital dentistry and aesthetic excellence.
Máté has a particular passion for crown and bridge work, CAD/CAM technologies, and implant restorations, always striving to blend innovation with artistry. Alongside his technical role, he also contributes to the marketing and modern branding vision of Rodler Dentlab, helping shape the laboratory’s contemporary identity.
Despite his experience, he often says:
“I learn from Dad every day — I will always be an apprentice beside him.”
Alongside his dental career, Máté also holds a degree in Political Science. Outside the laboratory, he enjoys travelling, sport, and maintaining an active lifestyle through judo, tennis, and mixed martial arts.
Roberta
Operations & Administration
Roberta is the organisational heart of Rodler Dentlab, overseeing the essential operational and administrative foundations that allow the laboratory to perform at the highest standard. With an exceptional eye for detail and a meticulous approach, she ensures that every aspect of the laboratory remains organised, compliant, and seamlessly managed.
As Robert’s daughter and Máté’s sister, she is an important part of the family foundation behind Rodler Dentlab. Her dedication, care, and precision have played a fundamental role in establishing and shaping the laboratory.
Currently studying at Twickenham University, Roberta has a strong interest in filmmaking, science, literature, and video games. She is a passionate reader with a love for both books and scientific research, always seeking to expand her knowledge and creativity. In her free time, she enjoys peaceful walks whenever possible.
